These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mbi33 ("mbi33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mbi33 website located at mbi33.one and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for and use the mbi33 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mbi33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the mbi33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mbi33 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling legislation in Malaysia is complex and that they access the Platform at their own risk and discretion.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the mbi33 Platform: employees of mbi33 and its affiliates, contractors, agents, or service providers directly associated with mbi33; immediate family members of any such employees; persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; persons whose accounts have been permanently closed by mbi33.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on the mbi33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mbi33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mbi33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). mbi33 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mbi33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, USDT, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Supported methods are displayed in the mbi33 cashier and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. mbi33 reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming obligations.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documentation. mbi33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours during business days, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. USDT transactions are converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transactions.
5.1 mbi33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods set out in the relevant promotion terms.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. mbi33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been obtained or used in a manner contrary to the promotion terms or these Terms.
5.3 mbi33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent practicable.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
6.1 All casino games and slots available on the mbi33 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game play, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of all other matters.
6.2 Random number generator (RNG) games on the mbi33 Platform are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spinning, dice rolling) streamed in real time and are not subject to algorithmic interference.
6.3 In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, mbi33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your mbi33 wallet. mbi33 will not be liable for any alleged losses resulting from a technical malfunction where a stake refund has been issued.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 All content on the mbi33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade marks, is the property of mbi33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any mbi33 content without express prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical errors, network failures, or unauthorised account access.
9.2 mbi33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your mbi33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mbi33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
10.1 mbi33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 If you elect to self-exclude from the mbi33 Platform, you will be prevented from accessing your account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, mbi33 will not accept any deposits and will not market to you.

10.4 mbi33 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from accessing or using the Platform. If mbi33 determines that a player is or was underage at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
11.1 mbi33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) the player has requested self-exclusion; (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure; or (e) continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform or other players.
11.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
12.1 mbi33's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the mbi33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how mbi33 handles your personal information.
13.1 mbi33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mbi33 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbi33 is licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
